Some of our property maintenance services include the following: Snow plowing - For the season commencing November 1st and ending on March 31st.  Snow plowing is completed when 4cm of snow accumulates at any given time.  This is a twenty four hour service and back up trucks and staff are always available.   Lawn-cutting - For the season commencing April 1st and ending October 31st.  We strive to maintain grass that is well manicured and attractive.  As such, grass is cut as required by weather conditions and seasonal requirements (i.e. early season – weekly, late season – bi-weekly.   Salting - This service is provided as required by the weather conditions.  If ice develops at any time, salt is distributed to the property.  Salt is also distributed for snow accumulation under 4 cm.  We base our discretion for distribution on our professional judgment.  If at any time, you request salt for any reason, it will be distributed upon your request.   Interior and Exterior Repairs - For all of your repair and maintenance needs, you can count on us.  We are seasoned professionals at many different skills, including roofing, framing, exterior upgrades and much much more!   At Paradise Forest, your satisfaction is our top priority!
